Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Only Service Fee Plus GST

2. Does not include any parts or components (if used)

3. Does not include any transportation expenses (if used)

4. After the technician arrives, fees are non-refundable and include both the call-out and the first hour of service.

5. A surcharge that varies with distance is applied.

6. You indicate the location while making the reservation, and our technicians come to you on-site. We are completely mobile.

7. A 20% discount will be applied for same-day reservations.

8. If there is free or unpaid parking at your address, the promotional 10% discount will not be applicable during the workdays.

9. A 100% cancellation charge is imposed for appointments made during the same day.

10. There is a 50% cancellation fee for reservations made within 48 hours, or you can receive a 100% credit against your future reservation.

11. If we need to cancel or postpone an appointment, we must give the client at least 12 hours’ notice. If we don’t, the client will receive a 20% discount.

12. Refunds for products, services, or appointments that are canceled are sent virtually instantly, but they typically take 10 to 15 business days to arrive. Furthermore, this could take longer with some payment options. Once we have verified the reimbursement on our end, we will send you an email.

13. Customers may only use promotional discount coupons once, and they are exclusively good against the initial booking price.

14. Your appointment time will be given priority, however on busy days, please be aware that we might contact you to adjust the time. If necessary, a member of our back office staff will get in touch with you.

15. The technician might show up one to three hours later than the time of your appointment. This gives room for unforeseen circumstances or problems beyond our control that can cause the technician to arrive later than scheduled. Our technicians occasionally come ahead of their planned appointment time. In the event that this happens, we will let you know before the technician arrives so you may make the necessary arrangements. Kindly be accessible throughout this period to guarantee a seamless delivery.
